Shipping
Hi-Performance Exchange uses UPS to ship all products unless you specify other options. Use of other shipping options will delay the shipment of your order. All orders are shipped the same day unless the item is temporarily out of stock. You will be notified via E-mail of an out of stock condition and the estimated ship date should this occur. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover or Money Orders for all purchases. No orders will be shipped until payment is received.
Warranty & Return Policy
Hi-Performance Exchange considers ALL SALES FINAL.
We strive to provide you with the part you ordered in a timely manner. There are however, times that shipping errors could occur. On rare occasions there could be a product malfunction. If this happens E-mail us with the invoice number, invoice date, and a complete description of the problem. We will respond with actions for you to take.
The manufacturer warrants the part, to the original retail customer, against defect in material and workmanship for a period not to exceed one year under normal use conditions. Parts are not warranted against damage due to improper application or installation. Contact the carrier for claims of damage due to shipping.
Privacy Statement
When you place an order with us, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number, expiration date and three digit security code, and email address. We consider this information to be private, and we keep this information on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, administering our site, notifying you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you (only if you select to be included on our mailing list). We do not share your private information with anyone.
